Bluegreen Resorts complaint by D22y
Originally, we were lied to by the sales person on several issues. The only answer we could get from the company was that the company was not responsible for what their sales people say.

We have recently upgraded our ownership. (I can't believe I got suckered again). Paid the loan off in full but they said my check bounced. Knowing that was impossible, I contacted my bank to find out that they had no record of a check being submitted.

Our course, Bluegreen blamed me and would not resubmit the check. Funny thing, they would not send me a copy of the check though. I finally sent them another check, identical to the first. This time it clear but, you guested it, it didn't cover the late fees and interest.

I tried to speak with the CSR, her supervisor, and the Mortgage manager but got absolutely no results. The $350 in fees is worth more than word-of-mouth adverstising, I guess.

So here's my word-of-mouth advertising. When you deal with Bluegreen, expect lies, no call backs, poor customer service and expect to get screwed!!!
