Ticket sales for attractions

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
They sold me a 3 day park hopper to Disney with one day water park admission for 347.28 thenshen I get to the water park they say there is no water park admission. Called them they say they can’t help. Get transferred over to another person who tells me to drive to 11701 International Drive to Fox the issue. Takes me 20 minutes to drive there from the water park. Once I get there they say they can’t help me because I used the ticket to get into the parks. I never asked for refund or anything alike all I wanted was to add the water park admission that they said was on the ticket. I shouldn’t even have to pay at this point but I’m I was willing to with no help. It’s taken me about 2 hours to deal with the situation and still here with nothing being done.

Refund

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I reached out to the customer Service department twice, the first time I was put on hold for 32 minutes before I hung up. I just contacted them again today to receive a refund do to a life threatening illness. I was told that I missed the refund period, so they are going to keep the $199 I had invested. I won't be using them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not a very ethical company. I don't have anything further to add, just very disappointed in how this wasn't handled. They apparently don't value their customers or have any desire to keep you as a customer. This was my first experience with them and will be the last. I am looking for a response from them, but I don't think this is the first time they have pulled this.

Very aggressive hard sales people . Do NOT give them your credit card i do, you have not “won” anything I assure you . Availability is much lower than they say, the presentation is awful with people strong arming you the whole time, you will end up paying way more out of pocket than they lead on. They should all be arrested , tatted and feathered for being such a disgrace to the community . Also, you CAN and SHOULD cancel contrary to what they may say . I was one of the lucky ones that got my money back , but a lot of people have fallen prey to these people . Scam scam scam scam scam scam

They lie and defraud

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
We did a presentation in las Vegas. Unbelievable pressure. After 5 hours took the least way out, a sampler for $800. Couldn't see what our 9000 points was worth until after we signed their contract. We were told 500 points would get us nights in Vegas. When we got the brochure, it was 1200 points or more! We did book some places on the east coast (we live on the west coast) because they had places there for 500 points. Just arrived and did not want to be pressured once again by submitting ourselves to another presentation. They have threatened us with a $150 penalty if we do not attend. WE will give them an opportunity to make it right. Will keep you posted. Craig & Marilyn Smith

Terrible Customer Service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
My “vacation package” was advertised as a 2 night stay at a resort. Called to confirm my reservation and it was at a Holiday Inn Express??? I was told they could not refund my 169$, despite receiving nothing, due to being past 30 days from my original purchase. All they were able to offer was 100$ visa card if I see their presentation and an additional 50$ visa giftcard if I booked another stay? I cannot express what a devastating experience this has been. This was supposed to be a fun spring break for my family. All they can offer is for my family to make a 5 hour drive to a Holiday Inn Express where we have to see a 2 hour presentation to get 100$ back? I would never recommend this to anyone.

Don't offer something and take more

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Please read all other reviews the people are telling you the truth and most of it this is a very bad company. Please please don't go with them for any offer even for free because it is not true. they make me cry... they call me because I won something at mall. They said I have to pay 250 to have the deal but this not everything. More behind that. I paid and did the reservation and at that time our income was over 80.000 a year and when it was a Time to go they call me to confirm. I said my husband just lost his job but doest matter at the end of year we will make more than 50.000 for sure because I'm making already 48.000. But they canceled everything. Now because we earn less we can not have vacation that they offer you. Discrimination on our behalf. What they need from our income. They offer you for them to get you for all your life I will never go with them and I will loose those money. If you want to have vacation please plan them without those people

Lied about details and wasted $1000

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
In September of 2017 we used our $200 weekend getaway that was offered if we went to the sales pitch. We went and spent over 7 hours in the office going over every detail with the sales person and his supervisor. As a very last resort they offered us their "sample package". We discussed in great detail that we would only be able to use it this summer and decided on August. We were told that we were only able to stay at one location during June-august which was fine with us. We were also told that we would not be able to make reservations during those months, which is also stated in the form we initialed. So after discussing all the details in great length with the sales person and his supervisor we had a plan. They advised that we book before April at the latest to make sure we received what we wanted since it was "high red season". I called in today (3/12/2018) to figure out just how to book and got details from the first lady and she confirmed that we could only do one stay between June-August with our package. The next time I called in was to question if I should book online or over the phone. Everything online seemed to be booked through mid September. I was then informed that as "sample owners" we wouldn't be able to book June - August unless we wanted to go to AZ or Las Vegas. After being transferred around I was connected to a "SUPERVISOR" who refused to help in anyway. She said that I had "wrongly interpreted" the contract. I explained that I had not interpreted anything but was told by the sales people that represented their company what I could or couldn't do several times. The paper we signed clearly states, " No reservations may be made either during the months of June, July, and August (other then at resort which allow year round usage) or during the following holidays...". We were lied to and I feel completely scammed. They refused to refund me for a service and vacation I will never receive or get to use.

Horrible Experience

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
After the experience I had today at the Bluegreen in St.Petersburg Florida, I will never deal with Bluegreen again. Coming from Ohio (A 16 hour trip) under the promise that we will get our hotel paid for, a $200 food gift card, a free Cruise, and our family also being members of Bluegreen. I had every intention on purchasing after the tour today with all the great deals we were going to get. Upon arrival and waiting for 20 minutes, I was then informed that my credit did not “meet the standards” of Bluegreen at 600 or higher which was outrageous, why would we not know this prior to making a trip like that? I also knew my credit and income was great. Being concerned, I checked my credit and of course through Experian I was well over 600, which means I do qualify. The representative didn’t want to take the time to wait for us to show that my credit was infact good, which if she would have we would have saved 2 hours of time and headaches, and we also would have been able to attend the tour to purchase, and get our gifts. Since this did not happen she directed us to the marketing department which was no help. Finally after hours of explaining I get someone who can help, but the only thing they can do is cancel our tour? We are now out $198 that we had to originally pay for the tour and they refuse to refund to me, and they also will not give us our gifts even though we did everything correct on our end. Stay away from this company, it’s a joke.

Preying on elderly & deceptive

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This company baited my 86 year old father on social security with a “free” vacation and used high pressure sales tactics to talk him into paying many thousands of dollars his life savings for a point system time share. He was misled to believe that there were several vacation options in Ohio, where his daughter, brother, and grandchildren live, but those locations are no longer participating with the company. He owes $400 per year for “maintenance fees” and doesn’t have a use for any of the “product.” He had turned their offers down once, but then they kept calling him. He finally gave in to them and ended up with this useless and financially draining situation.

“Anonymous” is a Bluegreen decipticon. It never ends with these liars, cheaters and scammers!

How their sales and marketing staff sleep at night is beyond me.

Karma is a bad thing Bluegreen staff! Remember that

On social security with $12000 in the bank ?

If you are so concerned now where were you when he went to the presentation ?

Credit checks are done it ensure you have enough income ...it is around $60000 !

My father lives several states away, has a mental health diagnosis, but is his own guardian. You're right, he's not on "social security." He's a retired government employee, but I couldn't remember the name of the program.
