Bluegreen Resorts in Springfield, Missouri - Overpriced & unavailable

Purchased 6000 bi yearly points from BlueGreen,Wilderness Club @ Big Cedar. To date I have not been able to book any Time in Bluegreen Resorts to fit my plans. Seems I'm always too far in advance or too late. The purchased points will not earn 1 week stay in studio @ home resort. The yearly maintainence fees equal over the price of 1 week @ home resortfor non owner but my ponts won't buy same stay every other year as renewed. Bluegreen sales representative promised an investment. Bluegreen Corp Claims they can not purchase points back. I have recieved nothing but non truth, form letter appoligies and my Name and contact info has been forwarded to a resale company that is probably owned by Bluegreen. Avoid this company for your own financial well being Wayne

6000 points at Big Cedar will never get you there, unless you want a weekend in January! I am associated with a company that helps people get rid of their timeshares.

My wife and I purchased 8,000 points in 2000 and have never had any issues reserving a place to stay when we wanted to travel. We have enjoyed ten of their resorts and are always impressed with how clean and new they look as well as the amenities available.

We've owned our FIXED week at La Pension since 1982. Fees gradually went up; but since BLUE GREEN entered the scene they have gone up faster than ever.

And they ALWAYS hassle us over whether we really have a fixed week because ours in during the first week of JAZZFEST.

The $1584 fee is out of control; we only have our unit 8 more years (if we get to go this year?!?) but we still owe the same as everyone else; which is wrong to start with. I'm outraged and looking for answers, lawsuits, anything to help with this mess.

Too all that have been wronged by BLuegreen- write the BBB and the FTC and the Departmnet of Consumers affairs in the state you purchased your timeshare and the state they deed youm property in. FOLLOW Through with it all.

You can do it all on line, they alll have websites.. Type what you need to tell them on thier website.

THen copy it and paste it in the program you have on your computer, such as Microsoft Word , so you will have it for your records and can use it to send to all the places you need to complain too. THen you have a copy and make sure you submit it on their website.

Bluegreen Resorts in Dayton, Ohio - Blue Green Resorts & their Customer Service Sucks

Every time we call Blue Green their customer service is rude and not willing to put you thru to a supervisor. I don't even think that they have a supervisor or if they do they are not willing to help, just pass you off to another department, like title department. They also are not willing to give you back your money for what you paid for your points which is less than 1/2 of what they are charging the new owners/suckers. I would not recommend Blue Green to anyone, If you are smart you would just buy someone else's timeshare since it will be less than 1/2 and you will be able to ask questions about the facility and service. Think twice, this was the biggest mistake every....Just take the free incentive and get the *** out of here and no matter what they tell you don't give in since you will regret it.

Rhett, reading your post indicates that you still have money owing on your Bluegreen Ownership?

If this is the case you will not be able to sell it until all the money is paid and it is free of all debit.

Bluegreen Resorts in Lockport, Illinois - Need to sale timeshare

I am looking to sell bluegreen time share, have called and talked to them concerning selling it back, they do not work with you. This is sad, any one looking to do a class action lawsuit. I have found out many things and this is really sad. The Pennsylvania Attorney General has sued for unfair practices. Anyone in michigan have any complaints. You need to have so many people to file for class action lawsuit. If they can not work with you and the consumer falls on hard times, they should not be in business. This is sad and something needs to be done about them.

To these complaints about bluegreen, you are obviously a part of this scamming company. In two states the Atorney General has filed law suits against them and won due to fraud.

You are such an ***, people have life situations that occur and they may not be able to afford the timeshare.

There should be something in place to buy back the property like they do with homes, since it is considered a mortgage. They will not work with you on payments or buying back the timeshare.

What is wrong with you people? Have you never heard of the Internet before?

Caveat emptor. Stop whining and blaming others for your stupidity. You made your bed, now lie in it! Cowboy up or whatever other appropriate euphemism works for ya.

When you buy a car from a dealer, if it doesn't work out for you, the dealer doesn't say "bring it on back and we'll give you a full refund". Grow up people.
