I am in blue-green points owner I own 7000 points per year,I own at Christmas Mountain for about 10 years or more. They had just assessed the cabin owners $3000 to re do all the cabins, when I brought in a Christmas mountain they said they redid all the cabins every four years and maintained them well.

Now because of their neglect they want to redo all the cabin so the match the buildings upfront.

The cabin owners were given the choice easy paid $3000 assessment or they can trade cabins in for points and exactly how that went but as usual if the people turn their cabins in blue-green will have more say-so on what goes on so far it seems like they just wait the people on the and do it as they please anyway. If we could get together and have a place such as an e-mail address that we could all talk and give our opinions and become a group we would have a better chance against blue-green my e-mail is iver48@Gmail.com looking forward to hear from your thank you my name is Iver I'm not a happy owner

Just to let you know, I've stayed at the Patrick Henry Inn and you were lucky to have a cheap weekend. The normal price for a room on a holiday weekend is 120 dollars per night.

It's a business. If you wanted 5 star quality, you should have stayed at another hotel for 300 dollare per night. In this world, you get what you pay for. If you don't understand, under construction, then you're at fault.

Have you ever stayed at any other Bluegreen Resort? They are 5 star with fantastic accomodations. I think some people on this site need to actually try the timeshare product before complaining about it. It is cost effective and a better vacation opportunity that normal hotel stays.

If you vacation 1 week each year at 150 dollars per night, how much do you spend over ten years. Bluegreen offers you the opportunity to own the product and pay over ten years and for the rest of your life and your families lives you own it. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

Get over your petty complaints and try it sometime. I think you'll love it.

I was an opc for Bluegreen, had a family emergency and had to leave town but couldn't until I recieved my first paycheck which I had to wait a month and half for. I have spoken to several other opcs who have had to wait just as long for their checks as well....

Bluegreen Resorts is the biggest piece of *** company in America. It is a GIANT SCAM. Company is filled with executives who dictate frauds and scams against the public, that is when they are not cheating on their spouses or diddling little children. Bunch of filthy degenerates!!!

They screw people on pay both in amount of money and the time it takes to get paid(several MONTHS on occasion). They CONSTANTLY almost on a weekly basis change their rules and protocol for how workers are to do things. They are a BIGGER cluster *** than the military and the government combined.

They fire loyal employees at all levels of their hierarchy from toilet cleaners to executives WITHOUT ONE MINUTE OF WARNING. Their executives allow the leads generated at events to be resold multiple times . They sell your personal info including member social security numbers to every Tom, ***, and Harry.

Bunch of filthy, rotten, degenerate ***

Bluegreen Resorts in Richmond, Virginia - Unpleasant Visit to Patrick Henry Resort

I visited the patrick henry resort in Williamsburg Va, on 6/29/08 and was informed by an employee there that if my income listed did not match may tax returns from last year i would be made to pay for the free gifts. This staff basically lied because no one other than the federal gov't can access my taxes. When i was contacted about why i did not take the tour, i explained what happened and the manager of this establishment choose to cover for his staff. I will voice this event to all who will listen to not go to this resort because it is not a good establishment and they hire incompetent employees who lie because they don't want to do their job and take the consumer on tours because they feel the tour is too late in the day.

Called 5 different times today for 12 different vacation destinations. ALL were "booked". At the tour we were told "As an owner you can always get in where you want to go! Booking at the last minute is no problem!" That was one of the biggest lies...

Recently, my fiancee attended a Bluegreen timeshare tour in exchange for a free weekend vacation in Myrtle Beach. I told her not to buy anything the day of the tour. The tour was supposed to be for 90 minutes. At around 120 minutes, I became worried and called her. She...

SO I take it you are still taking timeshare tours for free gifts? There are those of us that love our ownership, had the money to buy and vacation with our family every year. Its not a scam, some of us had the courage to buy and still own.
