We booked the resort thinking it was a resort!! If we had wanted to stay at motel 6 we would have booked there.
After two complaints to the front desk and being told the manager would call us, he never did.
Finally, we get this apology letter which wasn't worth the paper it was written on. The art work looked like a garage sale, the carpet was filthy and the couch was on the floor and the whole thing looked like a dorm room. The lobby was dirty as messy as well. Run away from these people!!
The toaster was broken, the lamps were hunks of old wood and the furniture was scratched and the paint was worn off. No one cares about customer service or a pleasant experience, they just want your money and do not care.
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
Monetary Loss: $900.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
