Signed up for their vacation packages around the country on 10/09. Given a certificate for an additional 10,000 points that we could use anytime.
Each time we wanted a vacation, we were told the points were no good, they weren't found (even after sending copies), promised a rep would get back to us and NEVER did, have pd our annual dues and monthly pays on time every month and got nothing in return. Then, each time we tried .... over the years... were always told this one wasn't available and they could get us in another (usually farther across the country) or we would need extra points to get this particular place.
NEVER, and we mean Never, received anything for the thousands we have paid. Guess we are suckers extraordinaire. Should have walked out after the 3rd or 4th pressure person at the orig presentation! But, we are basically good-hearted people and had thought for a long time that it was just a negative rep or someone not understanding us or we would try again.
After all these years and nothing EVER = suckers. And when they call us on occasion, and we tell them our complaints, NEVER any apology, just a continuing effort to sell us something more.
Like many politicians, don't know how they can get up in the mornings and look in the mirror. Guess when that is a gold plated frame on the mirror and plush surroundings you stand in, the guilt can be swallowed.
