Bluegreen Resorts - Frustrated

Why have a customer service number and cant even speak with no one. NOT EVEN A machine. You give these people your money and they dont find the importance of CS.

This place is a joke. Worse custermer sevice ever. They wont refund your money even if you had a bad experence. Do not waste you time ir money. Even the managers are very rude. I will go to every basspro shop where they sell these scs s and talk peop,e out of going and touring. Already cha ged 5 peoples mind. I plann to do this every chance i get.

Was told if we upgrade our account we could use some of the points we bought to pay our maintenance fees, was told to go online when we returned home , after a few failed attempts I call customer service and was told I had to be a Platinum member, salesman said nothing about this, he also told us that they would buy all points back if we decide we didn't want anymore, I'm guessing this is gonna be a lie as well when I tell them to shove it up their.
