I purchased a vacation package in Las Vegas on 20 May 2014 and paid $6000+ for it. After I signed my contract and returned home, I can get no one to answer questions or otherwise respond.

There is never an answer except the same canned recorded message at any of Bluegreen's toll free numbers, even though the recording says that a "team member will be right with you". I went online and signed in with no better results. I got an error message and could not get any response. I have left messages for one of their reps to call me, but they have not responded.

State's attorney generals should investigate this scam. Believe it or not, but Bass Pro Shops owns a chunk of Bluegreen, and they promote this *** in their retail stores.

Bluegreen is terrible.

They cheated me and my family once and I stuck forever.

I have also had issues getting in contact with the customer service.

Just keep waiting on speaker phone. Usually it takes about 10 minutes of being on hold.

Once talking to someone, the service has been stellar.
