Got scammed into a vacation package by a seemingly nice guy at Bass Pro Shops. We went home and thought about upgrading our package, only to come across several complaints.

Doing more research, we decided we no longer wanted to deal with a fraudulent company. So we followed instructions and sent a letter for a refund of our initial purchase of $99 from Bass Pro Shops because the lady on the phone was rude and did not want to cooperate and directed us to write a letter, we did and had it notarized with tracking and signature receipt and we kept a copy for our records. They are refusing to accept our letter for refund. Are they waiting until it's passed the 30 days as per their contract of right to a refund?

We have everything dated and kept proof, refund please. Thanks!

If they will not issue a refund per contract terms, try contacting the Attorney General of the state in which you bought this vacation package. Best of luck!
