Every year we try and book a 4th of July week vacation, what a joke. First you have to pay your dues early so you have the points.
Next you have to get on the computer just before midnight 11 months in advance to try and get a prize vacation. This year when I tried to get a vacation I called to pay my higher dues and maint. fees. I told the owner services person what I was doing and she agreed that this was the path to take, however the *** web site it down!!!!
Why didn't she tell me so maybe I could of went to bed instead of sitting on the computer. Why didn't she tell me it would be down so you need to get on at this day and time to get that precious vacation?
