About 5 years ago my now ex wife and I bought a timeshare from Bluueggreen. When we divorced i gave her this timeshare package.

Now she has fallen behind on the annual maintenance fees. She has tried to setup a monthly payment plan but they said it wasn't enough and the were very rude and hung up on her. We have never used it and she has paid the monthly payment but we want to sell it. We have called Bluegreen and asked them for help selling it but that was useless.

How can you get ride of this.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Good luck with that. They tell everyone the same thing. Try to sell to bluegreen owners who would like extra points, but the only thing, the ONLY THING they are honest about is that nobody is buying right now.

The Bluegreen sales person told us that they would buy back the unit anytime in the future at the previous year's price. That was only one of the lies we were fed.

Has anybody had any success having them help you sell their vacation plan?

WE PURCHASED ONE PRIOR TO THE AUGUST 2016 FLOOD, 3 MONTHS LATER WE TRIED TO SELL POSTING ON LINE AND TALKING TO NUMEROUS BLUEGREEN AGENTS BUT TO NO AVAIL. I WISH WE HAD NEVER ATTENDED THIS MEETING OR PURCHASED THIS TIMESHARE.

Dont pay upfront fees to sell never worth it

Firstly all fees will have to be paid and ownership in good standing before you can transfer ownership.

Put points on ebay and offer to pay the transfer fee and all costs, there is a form on bluegreenonline which allows you to transfer ownership for $250

Very difficult to get rid of, sorry. Check out TUG for ideas. Avoid paying upfront fees as these are usually not helpful.
