My husband and I made a reservation for the 5-13--18 2015. Upon arrival we observed the door would not lock.
The sofa was so low it was like sitting on the floor because there was no mattress in the sofa bed. The place was as if we were in some low class motel. Needless to say, my husband and I was totally dissatisfied as this was a special occasion (our anniversary).
The maintenance fees for these points are expensive and what we received is totally not worth it. And to add to insult an attempt was made to sell us more.
Reason of review: Poor housing, the condition was atrocious.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
