Our family stayed at Unit 809A & B, three bedroom Deluxe Timber the week of May 23rd to May 30th. We had to leave early on May 28th because our grandson got injured outside the unit.
He had to be taken to urgent care to get nine stitches on his thigh from an injury on the wall. His parents monitored his temperature over night in case of infection. The injury limited his activity, he could not participate at any water parks or rides. We called the front desk to report the incident and they sent a person over to take pictures.
They informed us that corporate will contact us after the Memorial holiday and we are still waiting to hear from them. Do they mean this year or next year?
