So I will be in New Orleans in 18 hours, and Bluegreen still can't tell me which hotel I'll be staying at. Do not get mixed up with these people.
The hassle is not worth any amount of hotel savings. They SWEAR that I'll have it before my flight leaves in the morning. Yeah, right. I've looked online to see what hotels in the area have vacancies in case I have to find my own hotel.
Pretty darned sure I won't be able to get a refund from these losers either.
The only good thing I can say is that their customer service center seems to be in the U.S. because so far I haven't spoken with anyone who has an intelligible accent.
