We spent a week at the Shenandoah Crossing resort. The room did not have the amenities that were advertised, such as a refrigerator, microwave, and WiFi.
The resort and the grounds were beautiful, but many things did not work, such as the elevator and the computers at the front desk. We were even without water for an hour and a half. They advertise having a beach on a lake, but guests are not allowed to use it.
We were told to contact Bluegreen resorts with our concerns, which we did numerous times, with no response. I felt it important to share what happened to us over a week and how we were deceived to warn those who might be considering purchasing a timeshare from them.
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
Monetary Loss: $550.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Bluegreen Resorts Cons: Being lied to and the lack of response from bluegreen resorts.
