We stayed at Laurel Crest in Pigeon Forge Tennessee I forgot my cpap machine that I used to travel with. When I realized we forgot it it was just over a month after we stayed there.

I called them and they said they found it but they discard items after 30 days. Now something like a medical device you would think they would contact you since they have your phone number. It's not like you're forgetting a pair of shoes or a shirt. These items are very pricey.

All they could tell me is that they hire a third-party cleaning company and they're the ones that deal with it. And they have nothing to do with it. After this I will never refer anybody to Bluegreen again.

Also it would have took was a simple phone call to let me know I forgot it. I would have paid for the shipping for them to ship it to me.
