Myself and my husband have been owners since before this building was even under construction and only on blueprints.

20+ years ago. Upon arriving and getting to paid,set week room we found there was dust caked to the walls in the kitchen. The air had broken the 1st day and I have COPD & on O2 24/7,the bed was made with a ripped sheet, and after only 30 mins our granddaughters feet were black and disgusting from the carpet and floor area. Housekeeping was called and while the lady tried to make it right, when she was dusting on top of the cabinet section in the kitchen she came across a nasty, covered in dust, wet sponge and also a pair of food tongs that some other renters had clearly used and were covered in old food.

Move to the following day and more happened. Go to take a bath and the stopper is broke at 11 p.m. It has literally been one thing after another. All videos and photos are on my phone.

While concerns have overall been addressed, it doesn't change the fact that basically 2 days of the week were ruined from the start from lacking attention to detail and poor upkeep as an overall.

If you have any questions please contact me. This is very dissapointing, however, being as this has been the 3rd year in a row that this keeps happening, it is not at all surprised.
