Nothing but lies! They tell you everything you want to hear, but don not follow through on any of it.
Worst customer service I have every dealt with. Everytime we call with a problem we get pushed off to someone else who doesn't have a clue how to solve anything, then they tell you that someone will get right on it and be in contact with you soon. Good luck with that, not once have I received a call or email from them trying to resolve our problems. We have been extremely disappointed since we purchased our so called investment.
We were told there was plenty of available resorts at any time of year and that our maintenance fees would NOT go up. Neither of which are true - we can never find availability and our fees have doubled if not increased more than that.
We were also told that they would buy back any points if we needed them to for whatever reason, but again a lie. It is nearly impossible to get out of this mountain of lies and debt.
