My husband and I recently purchased 10000 point package on July 16, 2018. Before returning home we tried to utilize a feature/perk we were told about as a Charter Club Member and found out we could not. We thought maybe we had to wait until we booked a vacation as a charter club member to utilize this feature/perk we were told about and overlooked it at the time.

We returned home from our vacation July 23, 2018 and have found that this feature/perk we were told about does not exist. There isn't even a discount for being a Charter Club member for this perk. We were told we could start booking vacations within 24 hours only to try July 24, 2018 to find we can't even access bluegreen online for 30-45 days.

These are only 2 of the things we were told that are NOT TRUE.

We are finding more and more things that were misrepresented.

These things we were told played a big part in us making this purchase

only to find none of them were true. Very unprofessional and fraudulent.

REASON FOR REFUND/CONTRACT CANCELLATION: Misrepresentation.

MONETARY LOSS: 14000

PREFERRED SOLUTION: Full Refund and Cancellation

Perhaps the features your salesperson told you about are available, but only to those who purchased one of the premium memberships. Often timeshare sales people tell about all the features available, and then as the customer declines the more pricey products, they fail to inform the buyer that certain privileges are not available to less costly timeshare products.
