Booked trip to Virginia in March for July family vacation. Beyond pissed to be informed two days before my trip by Blue Green customer service that the pool has been closed since May, and my family of five won't have the pool we thought was included in the hotel.
Can't get another hotel room with two days notice- everything in the area is booked. Feel deceived by Blue Green resorts and so angry to be majorly inconvenienced on our family vacation. It's so inconsiderate of them to not inform us of this major change in a timely manner so we could have made alternate plans.
They wont give us a credit either. Will never consider a Blue green vacation again.
