Talked with sales agent on phone to set up a presentation. Price that was quoted over phone was not what was charged on my credit card.

It was $50.00 more than stated. Tried several times to get in touch with customer service both by email and phone. No one has responded as of yet. They did not do what was told to me.

I am now trying to get a refund. I may have to get an attorney involved. The customer service department stinks.

Once someone answers and you tell them what has happened and what you want, they put you on hold and tell you they will be right with you and never come back on the line to help you. I waited 37 mins and finally hung up.

Product or Service Mentioned: Bluegreen Resorts Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $199.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Bluegreen Resorts Cons: Salesperson lied.

A very good reason to NOT ask to go to a presentation. Nothing in this world is truly free.
