This company baited my 86 year old father on social security with a “free” vacation and used high pressure sales tactics to talk him into paying many thousands of dollars his life savings for a point system time share. He was misled to believe that there were several vacation options in Ohio, where his daughter, brother, and grandchildren live, but those locations are no longer participating with the company.

He owes $400 per year for “maintenance fees” and doesn’t have a use for any of the “product.” He had turned their offers down once, but then they kept calling him.He finally gave in to them and ended up with this useless and financially draining situation.

Reason of review: Exploitation .

Monetary Loss: $12000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Misleading information, It was a scam, Customer service, Sales, Exploitation.

How their sales and marketing staff sleep at night is beyond me.
