I reached out to the customer Service department twice, the first time I was put on hold for 32 minutes before I hung up. I just contacted them again today to receive a refund do to a life threatening illness.

I was told that I missed the refund period, so they are going to keep the $199 I had invested.

I won't be using them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not a very ethical company.

I don't have anything further to add, just very disappointed in how this wasn't handled. They apparently don't value their customers or have any desire to keep you as a customer. This was my first experience with them and will be the last. I am looking for a response from them, but I don't think this is the first time they have pulled this.
