Save points
Have 12000 points we cant save unless we book them. If we cant go we will still loose the points.
That doesnt seem fair. Maybe some people can afford to go on a vacation every year but we cant. We were hoping to be able to use all of our points which is 14000 that is ready to expire and the 2000 saved for a nice long vacation in a really nice place. We couldnt go in 2020 because of Covid and couldnt go last year because one of us lost our job due to companies *** down.
Now we are just starting to get enough time to vacation again. I think this is totally unfair. We bought, pay club dues, and maintain certain fees and they tell me we cant save the 14000 points. I even offered to pay an extra fee to save them.
Very discusted owner. By the way we have been an owner for more then 15 years and this is how Bluegreen treats us.

These people are terrible!! They present to you that its such a good plan until you get involved and finally get access to the site to start looking for vacations.
Biggest rip off ever. The salesperson, Brian in the Myrtle Beach office has to be the worst. He told us how to use our points and start a travel business like him abs his wife did. This is totally against their policy but he used it as a selling point.
We tried to cancel and it was during the holidays so we were a little outside of the date. Corporate said the sales office will determine and the sales office said that corporate office made the decision. Omg. What liars!!
Dont do it whatever you do.
Dont even go to a presentation to even listen. They lie to you the entire time!!

Changed my mind
So I just returned my entire package which included all the books, 4 airline tickets and an 8-day cruise. I have never been an impulse buyer but I fell for it.
I called and got the informant to cancel and yes they transferred me to everybody under the sun and even hung up on me. But i had 5 days to rescind, and nobody mentioned that to me. I am so glad I read over my packet because I had 1 day left.
I mailed everything back to them overnight with a handwritten letter informing them that I was exercising my right to rescind everything paid 100 bucks, so let's see how long it takes to get my money back. I will also be calling the credit card company to dispute charges tomorrow.

We checked in Sunday, 09/12/2021.
Monday, 09/13/2021 was my birthday. This was our first trip ever as a new owner. Our first trip we were suppose to go on was cancelled by Bluegreen. It was in New Orleans, that was understandable.
When came back to our room after a great day out celebrating my birthday, our key cards didnt work, we called the office they said you can wait for a maintenance man, but dont know how long it will take, or come down and have them fixed, so we took our left over food and packages back to the car and went to have our cards fixed.
We came up and those cards only worked to the vestibule, not our room. So we called again this time they sent a maintenance man and he went and made new cards. He said they didnt make them right.
Ok that was Monday, Tuesday was worst. We came in from a nice day out and we had no air conditioning.
It was very hot, my husband is a cancer patient and I just had double carotid artery surgery and I am wearing a heart monitor to see about a heart irregularity. We called the office numerous times they did not one time call us back. We asked them to move us several times. After a hot night my husband called this morning and asked for a update and they said oh that was fixed last night, Mark (my husband) said we dont have air, she said you must be the only one that has no air.
Then she said they have to get in the adjoining room to fix it. The whole building they told us last night had no air. So my question is are we the only one that have adjoining rooms A &;;;;;;;;;; B so if everyone else had there air back on how come it was only us that they have to go into the adjoining room.
I am so upset, my husband incurable cancer and has little time left to make memories. These were not the memories I was hoping to make.
This trip has not been good and left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never come back to this resort.
I believe we were treated poorly and they were not concerned about our health or safety. I am getting ready to call again.

User's recommendation: It is the management at this complex. It is not Bluegreen a place is only as good as there service. But it comes down to the Bluegreen Corp to make sure things like this don’t happen.

I just got a very short 'sorry, its already been processed"...I find it hard to believe that I can't get a refund directly from those I sent it to!!.
