I paid for a vacation in Ozarks, they called my GF for a drawing to win discount cruise and a weekend at another resort I paid for. We were excited a few days later they called and cancelled it and acted like they were doing me a favor by refunding me the money.

I wanted the trip and they didnt do their job and look to see I was already attending the Ozark resort and paid for that too. We do not co-habitate either so they are just screwing me. The manager told me she doesnt have a boss when I asked for her supervisor so I am also going to contact the very top to get some issues resolved. They have 0 business ethics and 0 customer service.

Worst business I have every tried to do business with. The CEO John Maloney and Better Busines Bureau will be hearing from me!!!!

Reason of review: worst customer service, no attempt to work with me one bit. .
